What is special about this course?
This course will provide you with an in depth look at different make up styles, brands and trends. You will develop and expand on your own techniques, learning how to achieve both the perfect, flawless everyday look for work and a glamourous look for a night out or special occasion. You will research and be inspired by viral TikToks, Tv and film, Youtubers, influencers and famous makeup artists to produce an exciting portfolio.
Entry requirements
No formal requirements but applicants should have an interest in makeup artistry.

Equipment
Materials and equipment will be available for use in college and a kit list will be provided for those who wish to buy their own make-up.
Make-up application can be a little messy at times – please wear appropriate clothing.

Continuous assessment of practical work through creation of a portfolio.

For the February 2023 intake, the above course fee will be fully funded by the college for people ordinarily resident in Scotland.

You can progress onto the NPA Beauty Skills or NC Beauty Care and Make-up level 5.
