What is special about this course?
Climate change, carbon neutral, circular economy - is it all getting a bit confusing?
This course provides a straightforward introduction to sustainable development and why it is important for the safe future of our world and its inhabitants.
The course content will teach you about the basics and help you become familiar with climate issues, as well as having a chance to apply your learning to your chosen career area and in your personal life. You will learn about how environmental impacts apply to you personally and your area of study, and you will be challenged to make changes to help achieve a global goal of less than 1.5’C warming and net zero by 2050.
This course is essential for your future.

Fees
For this academic year (January 2023- July 2023), funding is available to cover the full course fee.
What can I do on completion of my course?
Sustainability is a cross-sector discipline. It is relevant to almost every sector and as such you have a variety of progression routes open to you.
Take the skills you've learned into employment sectors such as; government agencies, industrial sector, renewable energy sector, sustainability media, tourism and food sectors.
