Sustainability and the Environment

What is special about this course?

You will be introduced to sustainable development and why it is important for the safe future of our world and its inhabitants. You will learn about how this applies to you personally and your area of study, and you will be challenged to make changes to help achieve a global goal of less than 1.5’C warming and net zero by 2050. This course is essential for your future.

You will need an internet connection and a suitable device with speaker/headphones, microphone and camera (minimum spec) is required.

Sustainability is a cross-sector discipline. It is relevant to almost every sector and as such you have a variety of progression routes open to you.

Take the skills you've learned into employment sectors such as; government agencies, industrial sector, renewable energy sector, sustainability media, tourism and food sectors.
