This course is an introduction to the Hospitality sector. You will develop skills for life, learning and for working in a professional environment through simulated workplace setting to further develop an understanding of the Hospitality sector. This course will offer you an opportunity to progress your skills to National 5 or full time NC 5 Professional Cookery and Hospitality courses and can assist with employment within the Hospitality industry.
You will carry out case study work and learn through role play and practical activities in vocational contexts.
