Psychology National 5
Psychology has become a popular subject with school and college candidates and the wider public who wish to further their understanding of human behaviour. The National 5 Psychology course aims to meet this demand with an introduction to the subject.

A range of five key topics are studied within three units:
- Psychology : Individual Behaviour
- Psychology : Social Behaviour
- Psychology : Research
You will develop knowledge and understanding of topics such as sleep and dreams, personality, conformity, research and non verbal communication.
Psychology National 5 would be good preparation for Psychology Higher, Health and Social Care courses, Early Education and Childcare courses and for many access and transition to college courses.
This course is aimed at S4/5/6 pupils who should have 3 passes at National 4 level, including one literary subject.
