West Highland College UHI is looking to appoint a Mental Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinatorto meet the needs of students and staff, complementing the work of the Student Counsellor, Student Services and HR.
The successful candidate will be expected to organise, deliver and co-ordinate services and activities to promote, maintain and improve mental health and wellbeing.This may include delivering mental health support sessions across our college centres as well as deliveringhealth promotional activity including events, drop-in clinics, presentations and workshops, and where appropriate, signposting or referring to other services.
We are looking for someone with a relevant qualification in this area or demonstrable professional experience. Experience working with young people in an education/youth setting is also essential.
