We are seeking an Instructor – Cookery & Hospitality to be based at our Ullapool centre.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver structured training to school pupils using a variety of approaches to enable them to meet the standards required. Carrying out assessments to the standards set by the industry/awarding body, maintaining accurate assessment records, evaluating student performance and achievement, making recommendations and highlighting support needs as appropriate are also requirements of the role.
An industry related qualification at SCQF 6 or above, or recent, relevant industry experience is essential.
Experience as a trainer / instructor is desirable.
Successful candidates must be self -motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to problem solve and relate to students of all ages.
