From perfecting modern cookery and bakery techniques using the finest local ingredients to delivering an impeccable front of house experience, we'll equip you with everything you need to work in luxury hospitality and a professional kitchen.
Tackle new and challenging techniques covering many aspects of bakery, including decorating. This part-time course is ideal if you have a real interest in baking and want to spend some of your leisure time learning more or if you already work in a professional kitchen and want to gain a formal qualification and expand your skills.
You may be eligible for a Fee Waiver to cover the costs of this course.

Professional Cookery with Hospitality NC Level 5
Any good chef will tell you, it's important to understand the whole customer experience which includes front of house/reception, layout and the visual impact of the dining area to the final serving. This intermediate course will allow you to gain experience and further develop your skills by focusing on food preparation and cooking, food service and customer services.
Professional Cookery NC Level 6
Challenge your ability and extend your range of creative approaches to the preparation and display of food. This advanced course will focus on the more complicated aspects of food preparation, advanced cooking methods, menu planning, product knowledge and the importance of the final plate up.
Professional Cookery HNC
You're an aspiring chef who wants to develop your skills and knowledge in professional cookery and kitchen management. Experience advanced, modern cookery techniques and look at food product development. The training environment is learner-centred and you'll leave with 'industry-ready' skills.
Professional Cookery Skills NQ Level 5
If you have a real interest in cooking and want to spend some of your leisure time learning more, if you are considering cooking as a career or if you already work in a professional kitchen and want to gain a formal qualification and expand your skills then this part-time course is for you.
